Energiasta käsin -työpajaviikkotunnit koostuvat valitun teeman/päivän energian mukaisista harjoituksista, joissa tutkitaan liikkumista eri tiloissa kehon sisällä ja ulkopuolella, aistitaan itseä ja ympäristöä sekä ollaan läsnä yhdessä. Tarkoituksena on herkistyä aistimaan oman kehon tuntemuksia ja sen viisautta, tulla tietoisemmaksi itsestä ja ympäristöstä, olla kosketuksissa yhtä aikaa syvällä ja pinnalta käsin, energiasta käsin.
Tunnille osallistumiseen tarvitaan aikaisempaa tanssi/liiketutkimus taustaa.
Voit osallistua niin monelle tunnille kuin haluat, vain yhdelle kerralle, tai vaikka koko kaudelle.

From Energy -weekly workshops sessions

Wednesdays at 6:15–8:45 p.m.
Instructor: Mari Koponen
The weekly workshop sessions, which focus on energy, consist of exercises based on a selected theme or the energy of the day, exploring movement in different spaces inside and outside the body, sensing oneself and one's environment, and being present together. The aim is to become more sensitive to the sensations and wisdom of your own body, to become more aware of yourself and your environment, and to be in touch with both the deep and the surface, from the energy.
Previous dance/movement research background is required to participate in the class.
You can participate in as many classes as you want, just once, twice, or even for the whole season.

Price: €30 per session
